On June 28, Berlin will host a unique scientific and gastronomic show "Fried Facts. How to eat meat" with the participation of biologist Ilya Kolmanovsky and chef Ivan Shishkin. The event will combine science and gastronomy, offering viewers a new perspective on the consumption of animal products.

The main idea of the show is to consider meat and other animal products as a rare delicacy and turn their consumption into a conscious and fascinating experience. In the format of live performance Ilya Kolmanovsky will discuss scientific aspects of nutrition, including biology, chemistry and modern views on diet, and Ivan Shishkin will demonstrate gastronomic approach and author's understanding of cooking.

The audience will be treated to an intellectual and practical immersion into the topic, from scientific facts about nutrition to the intricacies of food selection and processing. The show will be part of an international tour and promises to become a notable event for the Russian-speaking audience in Germany.

Duration: about 2 hours
