Tickets are only refunded in the case of a cancellation, replacement or postponement of the event in accordance with the rules established by the organizers.
Tickets cannot be exchanged or returned at the client’s request!Please note that Afisha GmbH (biletkartina.tv) is a ticketing agency and is not responsible for cancelations or postponements of events. Refunds are made using the same method of payment used to pay for the canceled order.

Only tickets purchased from biletkartina.tv with intact control are accepted for return. For canceled events, the client will be refunded the face value of the tickets. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds for tickets sold at a discount for canceled, rescheduled or postponed events is carried out taking into account the discounts received.
