Methods of payment
- We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express for payment.
- Payment is fast and safe
- For optimal security, we work with 3D Secure (Visa and MasterCard).
- Tickets are dispatched immediately.
- To use this payment option, you must have a PayPal account.
- To register, you need to fill in all the required fields with your data once and choose a convenient type of payment for you (debiting funds from your account or payment by credit card).
- Subsequently, payment is made easily, quickly and securely by entering only your username and password.
- Specifying bank details online is not required.
- After ordering the tickets, please transfer the amount indicated in the invoice within 3 days to our account.
- Please note that if the money is not credited to our account in a timely manner, the tickets ordered by you will be available for sale again.
- Tickets are dispatched as soon as the payment arrives in our account.
- This payment type is not available if there are less than 8 days left before the event.
Delivery methods
Electronic ticket/E-Ticket
It's free
- E-Ticket is an electronic form of a ticket.
- You will receive your ticket by email immediately after placing your order and confirming your payment.
- Print the ticket in A4 format or open it on your cell phone screen.
Standard Letter
Only available in Germany €5.95
- Uninsured option.
- It's not possible to track the location status.
- Delivery in Germany takes about 3 working days.
Tracked letter
All countries €7.95
- The maximum amount of insurance in Germany is €25, for other countries €34.
- A more reliable delivery option.
- Ability to track delivery status using a unique tracking number.
- Delivery in Germany takes about 3 working days.
