The chamber music studio Simple Music Ensemble World invites you to enjoy the amazing music of the famous Japanese composer Jyo Hisaishi, which he wrote for the anime classic Hayao Miyazaki's Howl's Moving Castle. The concert will take place on November 11 at the Berliner Philharmoniker.

Howl's Moving Castle is an anti-war animated film created by world-famous director Hayao Miyazaki in 2004 and still hasn't lost its relevance. The main character of the cartoon is a young hatmaker Sophie, who became a victim of the charms of an evil sorceress.

But the true meaning of the cartoon is a warning against self-destruction, which is peculiar to people, who in anger and rage can turn the surrounding beautiful world into a scorched desert. Hisaishi's music, written in the spirit of musical impressionism, perfectly expresses the idea laid down by Miyazaki.

The long-standing collaboration between the two geniuses has given the world many incredible works. Miyazaki and Hisaishi created fantastic worlds, immersion in which makes people think about ways to achieve their goals.
