At the heart of the story is young Marie, who receives a Nutcracker as a gift on Christmas Eve. The Festival Orchestra, led by conductor Normunds Vaicis, lends a special sound to the production: Tchaikovsky’s famous music will be performed live, enhancing the magic of every moment.
