Natasha Panfilova's lectures in Berlin and Vienna: "Where did the money go?"

Berlin and Vienna will host open lectures by Natasha Panfilova - marketer and author of a popular blog with an audience of more than 200 thousand people. The expert will present the author's analysis of modern marketing mechanisms and behavioral patterns of consumers in a lecture entitled "Where did the money go?".

The event will be devoted to how impulsive purchases are formed, what psychological triggers are used by marketers and fraudsters, and why rational decisions often yield to emotions.

Key lecture topics:

  • Funnels of fraudulent schemes: the path from first interest to serious financial losses
  • The psychology of consent: what's behind the "okay, let's give it a try" reaction
  • Ethical boundaries in marketing: what you can learn from scammers and where is the acceptable line?
  • The decision-making moment: how "just a look" turns into a purchase
  • Behavior of generations Z and Alpha and their influence on modern marketing strategies
  • The role of memes and viral content in demand generation
  • The phenomenon of "cringe", hatwatching and digital engagement

Special attention will be paid to such concepts as cognitive dissonance, banner blindness, impulsive consumption and the so-called "dent effect" - mechanisms that directly influence users' decision-making.

The lecture is aimed not only at marketing, advertising and media professionals, but also at a wide audience - everyone who wants to better understand their own consumer behavior and make more informed financial decisions.
