STUTTGART, GERMANY - On November 22, 2025, the Sängerhalle Stuttgart will host a long-awaited lecture by the renowned fashion historian and TV presenter Alexander Vasiliev. As part of his talk entitled "Fashion and Eroticism: From the Diaghilev Era to the Madonna Era," Vasiliev will explore how ideas about beauty and sexuality have changed throughout the 20th century.
The lecture will last about three hours with a break during which the guests will be able to immerse themselves in the world of unique photo and illustrative materials. Alexander Vasiliev, the author of the books "Beauty in Exile" and "Russian Fashion. 150 Years in Photos" - will share his knowledge and stories that will make you look at the history of fashion in a new way.
