On November 18, 2025, Hamburg will host a unique event for the Russian-speaking audience of Germany - a political and educational program "Status" performed by the famous political scientist Ekaterina Shulman and journalist Maxim Kurnikov.

Ekaterina Shulman: the main political scientist for a wide audience

Ekaterina Shulman is a candidate of political science, publicist, author of numerous studies on Russian lawmaking and popular public lectures. Her style is characterized by clarity, logic and ironic charm: she explains complex political processes in simple and accessible language, which makes her speeches in demand both in the academic environment and among the general public.

"Status": weekly analytics in a live format

The "Status" program has already gained a wide audience online, and now it can be heard live. Ekaterina Shulman and Maxim Kurnikov analyze current events in politics, culture and social life, analyzing not only the main news, but also those nuances that remain unnoticed in the daily news agenda.

In Hamburg, viewers will have a rare opportunity not only to hear the presenters live, but also to take part in a question-and-answer session.

Book and souvenir sales will be organized at the meeting, as well as an autograph session.

  • The event will be held in Russian.

  • The number of seats is limited. Early bird tickets are available at a reduced price.

Don't miss the opportunity to be part of a lively discussion of contemporary politics with Ekaterina Shulman and Maxim Kurnikov.
