Musical mono-performance "It's me. Edith Piaf" - a living history of the great singer in Russian language

The musical mono-performance "It's Me. Edith Piaf" is a heartfelt theatrical production dedicated to the life and work of the legendary French singer. The performance is in Russian and includes songs from Edith Piaf's repertoire performed live by actress and vocalist Anastasia Vainmar.

The project combines elements of dramatic theater and concert performance, creating an atmosphere of complete immersion in the fate of the artist who became a symbol of French music of the XX century. The spectator sees not just a concert with famous compositions, but a whole artistic image of a woman whose life was filled with passion, pain, struggle and unconditional love.

During her lifetime, Edith Piaf was called "the soul of the French nation". After her death, she became an icon of world musical culture. Her songs are still heard on the best stages of the world and resonate with audiences of different generations. Starting her journey on the streets of Paris, Piaf managed to go from a street singer to a legend of the world stage. When asked about the meaning of life, she answered simply: "Love, what else?".

Nina Mazur's play was created by graduates of the St. Petersburg Theater Academy.
