Mikhail Labkovsky, a renowned psychologist, writer, and author of the popular “6 Rules” method, invites audiences to Helsinki for a major psychological stand-up show. This is a unique opportunity to meet one of today’s most famous Russian-speaking psychologists in person, hear his perspective on current life issues, and get answers to your burning questions.
Mikhail Labkovsky is a practicing psychologist with over 40 years of experience, as well as the author of bestsellers and educational programs. According to Forbes, he is one of the most recognizable psychologists in the post-Soviet space. His book *I Want to and I Will* has sold over 3.5 million copies and has become one of the most popular non-fiction books in the Russian language. Through his numerous appearances on radio and television, as well as his public lectures, Mikhail Labkovsky has made psychology understandable and accessible to millions of people.
The main theme of the evening is “How to Breathe Deeply When You’re in Deep Shit.” In his signature style—honest, humorous, and free of complex jargon—Mikhail Labkovsky will talk about how to weather crises, cope with anxiety, maintain inner resilience, stay true to yourself during difficult times, and find the strength to move forward, even when it seems like nothing is going according to plan.
A unique feature of the event is its format as a public psychological consultation. Every audience member will be able to ask Mikhail Labkovsky a question: either openly, using a microphone in the hall, or confidentially, by submitting it in writing. This format makes each presentation unique, as the content of the evening is largely shaped by the audience’s questions.
