This fall, Ilona Abel will once again meet with the public in Germany. As part of two events in Düsseldorf and Hanover, she will lead practical workshops focused on relationships, self-understanding, and habitual patterns of behavior.

Ilona Abel is a systemic therapist specializing in family relationships and personal growth, as well as an astrologer. She has 15 years of experience in psychological practice and 10 years of experience conducting family constellations.

Participants can expect hands-on work, the opportunity to view their own situations in a new light, identify hidden connections, and better understand habitual behavioral patterns.

On October 3 in Düsseldorf, an intensive workshop titled “New Relationship Scenarios” will take place, incorporating elements of systemic constellations. Participants will be able to examine relationships from different perspectives—with partners, parents, and children; friends; colleagues; and, above all, with themselves.

Why is it easy to get along with some people, while similar conflicts constantly arise in other relationships? Why do we repeat the same behavioral patterns, even when we realize we want to act differently? This workshop will help you explore personal and family scenarios, better understand the causes of conflicts, and see your habitual patterns of interaction from an outside perspective.

On October 4 in Hanover, a training workshop titled “How to Understand Yourself and Others” will take place, incorporating elements of systemic constellations. The session is dedicated to understanding one’s own feelings and reactions, the causes of conflicts, and finding new ways to interact with those around you.

The program includes seminar work and elements of systemic constellations, practical exercises, and addressing participants’ current concerns.
