A vibrant play for children and adults based on Astrid Lindgren’s famous story about the restless and incredibly brave Pippi Longstocking.

As part of the annual Step2gether children’s and youth theater festival, the Finnish cultural center Musikantit—a well-known troupe from Helsinki that creates lively and musical productions for young audiences—invites viewers to attend.

The story of the strongest girl in the world comes to life on stage—a girl who isn’t afraid to break the rules, easily makes new friends, and, with astonishing spontaneity, turns the familiar adult world upside down.

The music, acting, humor, and Pippi’s energy will create a truly festive atmosphere and give the audience a chance to rediscover what it’s like to see the world through the eyes of a child—with freedom and imagination.
