SBP4

SBP4 (“Самое Большое Простое Число”) is an indie band formed in 2006 by Kirill Ivanov together with the electronic duo “Ёлочные игрушки”. Its debut album was released in 2007 by the label “Снегири”. Beginning with experiments combining electronics and spoken-word delivery, the band gradually expanded its musical language to embrace indie pop, dance rhythms and live instrumentation.

Its songs turn everyday observations into stories about love, growing up, anxiety and the search for closeness. Conversational delivery and vivid lyrics meet unusual sonic details and memorable melodies. Beneath the apparent lightness and humour lie serious questions, while danceable energy sits alongside tenderness and reflection.
