In December 2025, the Czech Republic will host a unique tour of the play "Made in Odessa" - a soulful theatrical journey into the atmosphere of old Odessa. Two evenings - two Czech cities: Karlovy Vary and Prague - will be the meeting place of Odessa humor, subtle irony and inimitable southern flavor.
"Made in Odessa" is not just a production, but a live meeting with a legend. The very city, where every word is imbued with wit and every joke hides a philosophy, comes to life in front of the audience. The characters of the performance will lead the audience through the streets of memory, where the sea of memories is noisy, acacia trees bloom and stories filled with warmth and humanity sound.
This is a play about how to keep your soul, laughter and a kind word despite time and distance. It is about that Odessa, which may no longer exist on the map, but which has always remained in our hearts.
The main roles in the production are played by Alexei Gorbunov and Oleg Filimonov - legendary actors, true keepers of the Odessa spirit and folk wisdom. Their creative duet has long been a symbol of sincerity, humor and subtle lyricism.
On stage they create a unique atmosphere where laughter intertwines with nostalgia, and good stories turn into a true art of communication with the audience.
