Tatiana, Sergey and Alexander Nikitin: "Everyone chooses for himself"

More than one generation of listeners has grown up on the songs of the duet of Sergey and Tatiana Nikitina, the most famous performers in the genre of author's song. The music of all the songs of the duet is written by Sergey Yakovlevich, who celebrates his 80th birthday this year. In April, don't miss the concerts dedicated to the maestro's anniversary!

"Take me across the Maidan", "Snow is Coming", "When We Were Young", "Brichmulla", "Rubber Hedgehog" - perhaps there is no person who has never heard these songs. Lyrical melodies written by Sergey Nikitin on the verses of such serious poets as Pasternak, Levitansky, Shpalikov, Samoilov, Bagritsky, Sukharev, Moritz, Yevtushenko, Ryzhiy, and, of course, on the classic poetry of Shakespeare, Kipling, Pushkin, Fet remain in the memory of listeners for a long time, for some of whom these songs become the first acquaintance with the work of famous poets.

"What Tatiana and I are doing is a special branch in the genre of author's song. It is a composer's or poetic song", - so says Sergey Nikitin himself about his work, which turned out to be in great demand also in theater and cinema. Compositions "Dialogue at the Christmas tree" and "Alexandra", performed by the duo Nikitin in the Oscar-winning film "Moscow Does Not Believe in Tears", have become true symbols of their time. And in "The Irony of Fate" the voice of Sergei Nikitin sings the main character.

The famous French composer Paul Moria was impressed by the work of the Nikitins and recorded an instrumental version of Sergei Nikitin's song "To the Music of Vivaldi".

A whole constellation of wonderful actors took part in the musical performance, whose authors were Sergei Nikitin and Viktor Berkovsky: Veniamin Smekhov, Sergei Yursky, Oleg Tabakov, Armen Dzhigarkhanyan.

In April, at the anniversary concert, you will be able to hear familiar songs.

Nikitins' son Alexander also takes part in the musical and poetic evening "Everyone chooses according to himself".

The duration of the concert is 2 hours and 15 minutes with an intermission.
