INOI Rock Festival: Together We Are Stronger

On January 19, 2025, the rock festival "INOI" will take place in Frankfurt as a symbol of unity and solidarity. Musicians and audiences will come together to show that we are stronger when we are together. As part of the festival, artists whose names have become synonymous with freedom will perform on the Jahrhunderthalle stage: Boris Grebenshchikov, Noize MC, Monetochka, the bands Kasta and Pornofilms.

BG+ / BORIS GREBENSHCHIKOV

Boris Grebenshchikov is a cult figure of the Russian rock scene, the founder and permanent leader of the band Aquarium. His work had a huge influence on the development of Russian rock music.

BG's music is philosophical reflections, poetic images and rock'n'roll energy. Grebenshchikov's songs such as "City of Gold", "Tabu", "Ships", full of symbols and metaphors, continue to inspire musicians and poets.

NOIZE MC
Ivan Alexeev, better known as Noize MC, is a bright representative of Russian alternative music. Having started his creative path with classical guitar, he later became interested in rap and rock, creating his own unique style. His music, often touching on acute social problems, combines energy and melody. Such albums as "The Worst", "Joseph Brodsky", and "CAO" became real hits and brought him wide popularity. Noize MC concerts are always a driving show, which is memorable for a long time.

MONETOCHKA
Monetochka is a stage pseudonym of a bright singer and songwriter Elizaveta Girdymova. Since childhood, Monetochka has shown creative abilities: she wrote poems, which she published on literary sites. Elizaveta received her musical education at the Specialized Training and Research Center of the Ural Federal University. In parallel with music, she was interested in cinema and enrolled in correspondence courses at the Moscow Institute of Cinematography.

Monetochka got her first fame thanks to her heartfelt songs, which quickly spread across the network. Her creativity is characterized by sincerity, simplicity and deep lyrics that touch on personal experiences and social problems.

In January 2023, Elizaveta Girdymova was included in the list of foreign agents, which caused a wide public outcry.

KASTA
"Kasta" is a legendary Russian rap group hailing from Rostov-on-Don that has defined the sound of Russian hip-hop for many years. The group consists of Vladi (MC and producer), Shym, Khamil and Zmey. Their music, deep lyrics and energetic performances have won the hearts of millions of listeners around the world.

Kasta's work was greatly influenced by the traditions of New York rap, but the group managed to create its own unique style, combining social lyrics, witty rhymes and powerful energy.

"Kasta" has always taken an active civic position. The group publicly condemned Russia's invasion of Ukraine in 2022, which caused a resonance in society.

PORNOFILMY

A punk rock band from the city of Dubna, Pornofilmy is known for its bright lyrics and active social stance. Created in 2008, the band quickly gained popularity due to its sincerity and unconventional approach to music.

The band's music inspires listeners to social activism and positive change. The band has become an example of how music can be not only entertainment, but also a tool for expressing one's views and fighting for justice.
