Mikhail Kozyrev: "Unwashed Rock'n'Roll" - a frank conversation about the fate of rock music in the post-Soviet space.

The legendary music journalist and producer analyzes the influence of politics on rock culture.

Mikhail Kozyrev, a man-epoch in the history of post-Soviet rock music, invites you to a meeting within the framework of the author's program "Unwashed Rock'n'Roll". Creator of cult radio stations, festivals and producer of dozens of famous rock bands, Kozyrev knows the inner "kitchen" of the music industry like no one else.

In his program, Mikhail reflects on the complex issues facing rock musicians after February 24, 2022. Why did rock 'n' roll, a symbol of freedom and rebellion, turn into a propaganda tool for some? How did the authorities use rock music for their own purposes? Why were some artists forced to leave the country, while others supported the war?

"Unwashed Rock and Roll" is not just a lecture or a monologue. It is a frank conversation with the audience, an attempt to make sense of what is happening and find answers to painful questions.
