On September 18, 2025, Amsterdam will host the long-awaited lecture by Alexander Nevzorov, one of the most famous and influential Russian-speaking publicists of our time. The event will take place at the historic Zuiderkerk Hall and will be a unique opportunity to hear the legendary author live.
Nevzorov's performances are a rare event. He comes out to the audience no more than once a year, but his analytical videos on YouTube consistently gather millions of views. As in the late 80s, Alexander Nevzorov remains provocative, sharp-tongued and unpredictable, changing only the format - now his screen is a computer rather than a TV set.
The program is a frank conversation about the modern world and events that determine the future. Nevzorov is known for introducing the famous question "Whose Crimea?" as a simple and accurate marker of political position back in 2014. He predicted the war almost a year before it started and received several criminal cases and a sentence of 8 years with confiscation of property for his statements.
Today he is watched both in the Kremlin and on Bankova. Both supporters and opponents are listening to him - there are no indifferent people. The lecture "Session of making elephants out of flies" in Amsterdam will become an intellectual event of autumn, uniting those who are ready to think, analyze and argue.
