"AIGEL" is electronic music written by Ilya Baramia, former member of the groups "Christmas Tree Toys" and "The Biggest Simple Number", and bright lyrics and charming vocals of Aigel Gaisina. In addition to the good songs "Tatarin" and "Pyyala", which have become the duo's calling cards since 2017, AIGEL releases several other significant compositions: "1190", "Music" and "Eden".
Bringing incredible popularity to the duo, the song "Pyyala" was written back in 2020. The album in Aigel Gaisina's native Tatar language, which included this track, was called "Pyyala", which means "glass" in Tatar. Initially, this composition was written for another series, the creators of which, however, did not approve it. The video for this song was released in 2022, and by mid-December 2023 it had already been watched by more than 11 million people.
The audience and critics immediately favorably received the album "Pyyala", the songs of which were performed in Tatar. With the title song of this album, the duo performed on the main evening television show "Vecherniy Urgant".
After the condemnation of the events of 2022, the duo "AIGEL" was included in the list of bands whose touring activities in their homeland fell under a ban. Nowadays the duo is creating in Europe, and already on May 7 we will be able to visit the atmospheric concert of "AIGEL" in Berlin.
