On December 29, Berlin's Colosseum Cinema will host a unique event: a special New Year's Eve screening of the legendary Soviet comedy "Ivan Vasilyevich Changes Profession" on the big screen accompanied by live music. This is a rare opportunity to see the cult Russian movie in the original with English subtitles, in an atmospheric and festive atmosphere.

The event will become one of the brightest cultural events of the end of the year for the Russian-speaking community of Berlin and all connoisseurs of classic cinema. The audience will see not only the big screen, but also live performance of the soundtrack by professional musicians and artists, which will create a completely new impression of a familiar picture.

The organizers note that the return of the film to the wide screen is not accidental. After more than half a century, Gaidai's comedy remains relevant, sharp and recognizable. The plot is based on the play by Mikhail Bulgakov, written more than 90 years ago, and it is this multi-layered nature that makes the picture truly modern.
