From October 13 to 19, 2025 in several cities of Germany will be held a tour of the musical and poetic performance "Part of Life " - a deeply emotional stage project, which organically intertwines poetry of XX-XXI centuries and live jazz improvisation.
On stage - Anatoly Bely, a famous actor of theater and cinema, and Arnold Giskin, a talented saxophonist and composer. The inspiring combination of words and music turns each performance into a unique poetic jam session, where improvisation becomes a form of dialog with the audience.
"Part of Life " is a stage improvisation for voice and saxophone, where poetry and music are born before the eyes of the audience. The program includes works by Osip Mandelstam, Boris Pasternak, Joseph Brodsky, Vladimir Mayakovsky, as well as texts by contemporary authors - Zhenya Berkovich and Ali Khaitlina.
Each poem takes on a new breath in the live interaction with the saxophone - the music does not illustrate the word, but enters into an equal dialog with it. This is not a concert in the usual sense, but a creative space where music and poetry mutually enhance the emotional effect.
"Poetry is the element that takes us off the ground. Poetry is a medicine for the soul."
The duration of the performance is 1 hour 30 minutes without intermission.
Anatoly Bely - actor of theater and cinema, after repatriation to Israel in 2022 plays in the theater "Gesher", the author of anti-war mono-performance "I am here", with which he traveled more than 60 cities around the world.
